CEUs/Renew NHA Certifications

10 CEU required credits are needed every two years to keep your NHA certifications active. Elighentment-AL Learning CE resources meet the requirements for certification renewal. Using our brand of Credits does not affect the renewal fees, when paying to renew your certifications on the NHA website. That is different fee schedule and based on your situation and time frame of renewal month/year or expired certifications.

To support this purpose, our recertification process requires you to participate in continuing education (CE) activities that enhance your ongoing professional development.

By completing the renewal process and taking NHA-approved CE, you are demonstrating that you have studied the latest protocols and techniques to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Certifications Excepted for CEUs Renewal:

Course Registration

If your certification has been expired for less than 30 days, you must earn 10 continuing education credits in order to continue toward normal renew
If your certification has been expired for over 30 days but less than one year, you must earn 15 continuing education credits in order to reinstate
If your certification has been expired for more than one year, you must retake the certification exam
You may earn continuing education credits through sources outside; such resources as Elightenment-AL Learning other than NHA and apply them toward your required renewal credits
Refund Policy: There is no refund offered on continuing education

Continue Education Fees; will be determined, after individual pre-screening and interviews. Once Elightenment-AL Learning has gathered information after interviews; to see how many CEUs the individual need
The interviews and gathering of information, may determine the individual has expired over the required time line; and retest may be the only option.
If the individual needs to retest, we can help with that process and help regain your certifications; for reactivation
